Summary of Terms and Conditions
Welcome to ZenTea (UK). By placing an order on our website, you agree to our full Terms & Conditions, which govern all purchases, deliveries, and refunds.
Please read them carefully before checkout.
Freshly Ground Matcha: All matcha is prepared fresh, sealed, and documented under CCTV for quality control. Minor colour or flavour variations between batches are natural.
Shipping: All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 & Signed with insurance coverage. Delivery confirmation from Royal Mail counts as proof of receipt.
Refunds & Returns: Return requests must be made within 2 days of delivery, and customers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval in line with our Refund Policy.
Damage Claims: A continuous unboxing video is required as proof for any damage claim. Edited or post-unboxing footage is not accepted.
Chargebacks: We maintain CCTV, weight logs, and tracking evidence for every order. Customers must contact info@zenteauk.com before filing a chargeback; fraudulent claims may be reported to authorities.
Liability: ZenTea (UK) is not responsible for postal delays, courier errors, or events beyond our control once parcels are handed to Royal Mail.
Governing Law: All purchases and disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
